National Unity Platform (NUP) President Bobi Wine real name Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu’s body guard Eddy Mutwe has been charged with two cases.
He was officially brought to court yesterday without the knowledge of his lawyers and political party in Masaka.
This happened a week after he was kidnapped from Mukono district by alleged SFC guys that were driving a drone without a number plate.
According to court, Eddy Mutwe was charged with theft and assault. His court days were extended until 25rh May 2025.
No more details were revealed as journalists were not allowed near court or even to be filming whatever was going on.

It should be remembered that he is not the first NUP to be abducted and then charged in court for things he wasn’t aware of.
The first son Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba also talked about him being detained in his basement and making him salute President Museveni everyday as he teaches him runyankole.
