Singer Nina Roz real name Kukunda Rose has revealed reasons why she chose to join politics this year.
She said that she has always stood up for the right thing and what people want. But she was doing it with her music as she has the platforms and the voice for the voiceless.
In the beginning Nina Roz decided to befriend National Unity Platform (NUP) President and former musician Bobi Wine in order to get a way to politics.
At the moment the singer is on the road to become a member of parliament in Ssembabule but hasn’t got the card of NUP.

She revealed that she wants to change where she comes from and nothing will stop her from achieving her dreams.
“People need to know the reasons as to why I joined politics . It is all about changing my life and I promise you it’s going to happen,”
It should be noted that Nina Roz used to distance herself from politics but after declaring her drug use, she started speaking out more.
