Singer Cindy Sanyu has laughed at the President of the Uganda Musicians Federation (UNMF) Eddy Kenzo’s threats to resign from his position in the federation.
She said that he needs to be patient and strong because leadership comes with good things and challenges at the same time.
According to Cindy Sanyu as the president of the association, heading Ugandan musicians is really not an easy job.
The government pledged to help artistes by passing the copyright law and letting them make money through different platforms like other artistes in different countries.
Cindy explained that artistes deserve the best and since Eddy Kenzo appoint himself in the position he is in, he needs to stay in it.
“Eddy Kenzo should stay in his position let him not run away in anyways. Being a leader isn’t easy and when it involves money it’s more confusing. It’s too early for Kenzo to leave he needs to lead musicians where he promised them,”
It should be noted that there is always fighting going on in leadership positions in the entertainment industry.
