Ugandan singer Daudi Mugema has been pronounced dead today morning after a long period of battling a strange disease.
It is said that he died from Gulu in a hotel where he had gone to visit Gen Salim Saleh for financial help for his sickness.
Mugema has always asked help from Ugandans saying that if they don’t help him treat himself, they shouldn’t come to burry him.
Months ago he said that he was doing so well and he was hopefully that he will fully recover. He had even started performing on different stages.
