Legendary musician Ragga Dee is not about to give up on his case against Mikie Wine who redid his song without any permission.
He said that it was worse when he even lied against him claiming that he was given permission to redo a song when they they didn’t have any communication.
In Uganda the copyright law is not that much active and some young musicians take advantage of it the fact that they want to become successful very fast.
For Mikie Wine, he released an insulting song against Bebe Cool and his wife but the song was actually Ragga Dee’s he only changed words in it.
In the beginning he told the media that the owner of the original song was very happy with him and was even helping him push the song.

However Ragga Dee came out and promised to take him to court as they have never had any conversation about redoing his song .
“I don’t like when the young musicians are really disrespectful and that being said, I will continue to take the matters to court. I am still alive and people are willing to do me like this what will happen to my songs when I die,”
