The current Kawempe North member of parliament Hon Elias Nalukoola has spoken about his well to actually help Hon Ssegirinya Muhammad’s family.
He said that as a compassionate leader, he doesn’t see a reason to why he wouldn’t be willing to help a person in need especially the young children.
Hon Ssegirinya died before fulfilling most of his dreams. He got arrested immediately after he was sworn in as a member of parliament and his health detoriated ever since then without returning back.

His death left his family struggling especially the children he has from different women. They were all still young and he was the sole bread winner of the family.
Although they didn’t support Nalukoola in these elections, he said that he is going to be looking after them and make sure they have everything they need.
“As a compassionate leader, I have no problem extending support to the family of the late Ssegirinya.. I know what he meant to them and I can’t watch them struggle when they need help that I can give,”
